In a large skillet, take butter, sugar and milk and boil it on a medium flame. Make sure that you constantly stir the mixture to prevent it from getting burned. When it reaches boiling point, reduce the heat and cook for five minutes, while stirring continuously. After four minutes, remove the skillet from the heat and add the marshmallow creme and chocolate chips to it. Keep on stirring the mixture till the chocolate and marshmallow melts fully. Fold in the vanilla and nuts into the mixture and mix again. Transfer this mixture into pans and allow them to set at room temperature for four hours. Once the fudge is set completely, cut it into one inch squares and serve.

Ingredients
- Cream cheese, softened, 6 ounces
- Confectioners sugar, sifted, 4 cups
- Walnuts, chopped, 8 ounces
- Vanilla extract, teaspoon
- Unsweetened chocolate, melted, 4 ounces
Take cream cheese in a medium-sized bowl and whisk till it becomes smooth in texture. Add vanilla essence to it along with confectioners sugar and beat well after each addition. When the mixture becomes smooth, fold in the melted chocolate and stir until it is fully blended. Grease an 8 inch pan lightly and pour the mixture into it. - Milk, 300 ml
- Unsalted butter, 100 grams
- Castor sugar, 350 grams
- Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
- Little oil for greasing
In a heavy based saucepan, take butter, milk and sugar together. Place the saucepan on a medium flame and bring it to boil, while stirring continuously. By this time, the sugar must be dissolved and the butter should be melted completely. Boil this mixture for 15 - 20 minutes and do not stop stirring as it may get burned. With the sugar thermometer, check the temperature of the mixture after boiling it for 15 - 20 minutes. When the temperature reaches 115 degrees C, remove from heat and allow it to cool for five minutes. With a spoon whisk the mixture for sometime till it begins to thicken. Take a square cake tin and grease it with oil. Fill the cake tin with the fudge mixture and let it set for 3 - 4 hours. Once the fudge is fully set, cut them into small square pieces and store in air tight containers.

- Crunchy peanut butter, cup
- Butter, cut into 8 pieces, cup
- Confectioner's sugar, sifted, 1 box
- Milk, cup
- Salt, teaspoon
In a mixing bowl, combine crunchy peanut butter, sugar, salt, milk and butter together. Transfer these mix ingredients in a microwave friendly dish or in a glass casserole dish. Place in the microwave and cook for two minutes. With the help of a spoon, stir the mixture until all ingredients are fully blended. Grease an 8 inch glass cake dish and pour the mixture into it.
