Ingredients:
* 2 pounds ground chicken
* 1 diced onion
* 2 ? teaspoons ground cinnamon

Directions:
1. In a large pan cook the chicken mince slowly.
2. While the chicken mince is cooking and slightly, add the onion and stir till the chicken is fully cooked and the onion becomes transparent.
3. Drain it and then add the spices and cooking for around 2 more minutes.
4. Slowly stir in the tomato sauce.
5. Once it's mixed well, add the chicken stock, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Let it simmer and cook for 1 hour.
6. Put the pasta bucatini in a bowl and add the sauce you just made for the pasta recipe.
7. Add the Parmigiano-Reggiano and serve it hot!

Ingredients:
* 1 ? cups of pitted green olives
* ? cup of chopped fresh parsley
* ? a cup of olive oil
