Ingredients:
Serves: 4 Yield: 16 wings
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, juice of
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
2 -4 garlic cloves, crushed and minced
16 chicken wings
2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
Directions:
1 Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic; pour over chicken wings and let marinate covered for one hour in the fridge.
2 Grill until done aprx. ten minutes.
3 You can also broil them in the oven for about ten minutes or until they are completely done; turning them once.
4 Serve them sprinkled with parsley. Enjoy!
