Macaroni and Cheese


Ingredients 

2 cups of cooked elbow macaroni 
¼ cup of butter 
2 tablespoons of flour 
2 cups of whole milk 
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese 
2 teaspoons of djon mustard 
12 ritz crackers 

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, meantime melt butter in saucepan and add flour. 
Stir until well blended. 
Gradually add milk and continue to stir. 
Add the cheese and raise the heat, continue to stir until melted. 
Remove from heat and add the mustard and macaroni. 
Put into a well greased dish. 
Crush crackers on top and put pats of butter all over them. 
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
