Rice Pudding


Ingredients 

¾ cup of rice 
6 cups of whole milk 
½ cup of sugar 
1 teaspoon of vanilla 
1 tablespoon of orange rind 

Directions

Combine rice and milk. 
Add vanilla, and bring to a boil. 
Reduce to simmer, stir continually for about 25 to 30 minutes. 
Add sugar and orange rind, continue to cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture thickens. 
Put into a glass bowl and cover with plastic wrap for at least 4 hours. 
Serve with an orange slice.
