Braciola (Rolled Italian Meat)



Ingredients 

4 pieces of Chip Steak 
Italian bread crumbs 
Olive oil 
8 pieces of Hard Salami 
8 pieces of Provolone Cheese 
4 Hard boiled eggs 
1 large onion sliced 
String 
Toothpicks 

Directions


Lay meat out on a flat surface. 
Mix some bread crumbs and oil together until crumbly. 
Spread that on top of meat. 
Lay 2 pieces of Salami, 2 pieces of cheese, eggs going all the way down, and onions 
going all the way down. 
Tuck in your sides and roll up jelly roll style. 
Tie on the ends and in the middle. Secure with toothpicks if needed. 
You can broil these like I do, or you can fry them. Add them to your Italian Sauce and 
simmer along with the sauce.
