Best New Spaghetti Squash Recipes

Pumpkin or squash, butternut squash or any other type, this is the perfect vegetable for this time of year. Aromatic, tasty and fulfilling, just wonderful. The best spaghetti squash recipes are especially popular lately, and it's time to try some of them, starting with the basic one, for preparing these lovely vegetable noodles.

Cut the squash in half and discard seeds. Place baking paper in a pan, grease it with butter and place halves on face down. Put the pan into on 350F preheated oven and bake for an hour or until soft. Use the fork to scrape flesh in strings into a bowl. Toss with melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese, add salt and pepper and enjoy.

Combine these vegetable spaghetti with different sauces, meat balls or sausages, or simply make salsa and pour it over, sprinkle with herbs and grated hard cheese, and your perfectly light and nutritious meal is done. You can use them as any other pasta, and combine them with any of your favorite dishes. But, if you want something a little bit different, here are some ideas for you.

So, you can make this salty sort of cake, using filo pastry, cottage cheese, sour cream and egg. You will need squash spaghetti, salt, pepper, butter, and cottage cheese, all combined. Each filo sheet should be covered with this mixture, rolled and placed into a pan, previously greased with melted butter. You could also use some vegetable oil, but butter tastes better with these ingredients.

Once you're done, cover these rolls with sour cream, sprinkle with salt and bake in preheated oven for maybe half an hour or so. This dish is really delicious, whether you serve it as dessert, or as a separate meal, with a glass of yogurt or something similar. In any case, you will certainly love it.

When it comes to baking, you don't have to use this baking recipe, you could bake the whole squash in the oven instead. In this case, prick the surface with the knife first. If you don't have enough time, put the halves in your microwave instead, and they will be done in maybe twenty minutes or so. However you bake it, you can always use it to make something delicious and nutritive.

In any case, for nice, light and delicious salad you need these veggie noodles, 200 grams young spinach and feta cheese each, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil. If spinach leaves aren't really young, cut them into strips. Dice the cheese. Mice one clove garlic and combine all the ingredients. You will really like this simple but delicious salad, and you can also make your ow recipes.

If you enjoy in pumpkin soup, you will probably just love it in this version. Cook your pumpkin soup the usual way, add spaghetti in and coo for a few minutes. Sprinkle with pumpkin seed oil and chopped parsley leaves, and, if you want, you may also add a tablespoon of sour cream on the top. Serve with toasted bread cubes and enjoy in this lovely meal.
