When you are making the gelatin candies, you can use all packs of unflavored gelatin as well. Use fruit extracts to add some flavor to the candies. If you want to increase the nutritional value of any of the candies, then you may choose to add chopped nuts to the candy, before the candies are refrigerated. Adding a variety of nuts, makes each of them different than the other in taste.
