Amoigue Sauce



Ingredients 

6-8 fresh tomatoes 
¼ cup of olive oil 
Juice of 3 lemons 
2 tablespoons of oregano 
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped basil 
Salt and Pepper 

Directions

Place tomatoes into boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
Rinse in cold water and peel skin off. 
Crush them into a bowl .
Add the remaining ingredients and serve with steaks.
