  • Poblano peppers - 4
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetarian burger crumbles - 1 package (12 ounce)
  • Chili seasoning mix - 1 package (1.25 ounce)

This is one of the best recipes for baked poblano pepper. First, preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, take a large heavy saucepan, pour water into it and bring it to boil. Slice poblano peppers into half by cutting them lengthwise, remove the seeds and the stems and add these sliced poblano peppers to the boiling water.   • Uncooked linguine - 1 pound
  • Fresh poblano pepper (seeded, minced) - 1
  • Garlic clove (minced) - 1
  • Onion (chopped) - 1
  • Heavy whipping cream - 1 cups
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 4 ounces

Take a large pot and add 4 quarts of water to it. Add some salt to the water in the pot and bring the water to boil. Add pasta and poblano pepper to the boiling water and cook the pasta until it becomes tender. After that, drain the water and remove the poblano pepper and pasta. Take a blender and add poblano pepper, onion, garlic and cream and puree these ingredients properly. Place a large saucepan over medium heat and melt butter in it. Then, add the pureed mixture to the melted butter and also add salt and black pepper according to requirements. Cook the mixture for about 5 minutes and add it to the cooked pasta.   • Extra-virgin olive oil - 4 teaspoons
  • Large flour tortillas - 4
  • Shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 2 cups
