Pour the mixture on top of the parchment paper and place in the refrigerator till it sets. Once the chocolate-spicy-cream mixture has set, take a small spoon and scoop out as many ganache balls as you can. Take each scoop between your hands and roll them into smooth balls. In a small bow, mix cocoa powder and Ancho chili powder together. Roll the ganache balls in the mixture and place on a platter to serve.
